There isn't many things Vargas will not paint, here's an old refrigerator his mother has in her patio, Vargas happened to have a T-shirt with this design of the parrot from a Jimmy Buffet store in New Orleans.  Homage goes to the artist who designed it. He painted it as a Mother's Day gift.
